CPM Affiliates Club Meeting & Showcase
Meeting of the CPM Affiliates club, focused on the future challenges faceing the field of organ-chip research, and the international research and regulatory landscape!
The CPM has affiliation with over 50 companies and other stake holder partners. Together we are developing innovative cell culture models, organoids, and organ-on-a-chip technologies for therapeutic development and world class discovery science, and shaping policy around adoption of these transformative microphysiological systems.
The CPM members include engineers, bioscientists and clinicians working together on multidisciplinary research programmes that lead to industry relevant intellectual property. Industry collaborations are further supported by our technology transfer and business development teams and have access to favourable licensing conditions.
To ensure long-term development and innovation in predictive in vitro models and successful roll out of this technology, we are collaborating with our affiliates to co-develop and deliver a PhD training programme to provide future scientists and engineers with the skills and expertise urgently required by industry.
Collaborative research is possible at different levels including short exploratory projects, PhD studentships, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships and full research grants.
