DLOC biosystems has developed an innovative OOC device which consists of a ductal porous membrane (duct) embedded in a microfluidics channel (stroma). Cells can be grown in both the duct and the stroma and both have independent fluidics. Multiple chips can also be connected with each other, making DLOC biosystems a unique, modular OOC perfect for mimicking ductal structures.
