Expertise: Gut on chip, intestinal biopsy derived organoids grown as 2D or 3D, in vitro organ culture of intestinal biopsy (standard and polarised set up), other cell models (Caco2, HT29-MTX, LS174T), gluten specific T cells (intestinal biopsy derived). Interest & upcoming work: Lung on chip.
