Interests

My current project is focusing on developing new genetics tools for the generation of tumour heterogeneity of EGFR mutations in Glioblastoma. We are looking to apply these tools to NSCs and Patient derived cell lines and grow them in 3D for characterisation and investigation of responses to treatment and resistance development.
