Interests

I am studying the sugar metabolism in the liver, try to understand the effect of sugar on the progression of fatty liver, and explore the molecular mechanism behind it. So far I am able to develop 3D spheroids model by using liver cell line, more interest in testing or screening drugs by using this model.
