Queen Mary in-vitro Models Facilities
Queen Mary's Centre for Predictive in vitro Models has one of the largest, most comprehensive organ-chip facilities in Europe with 5 different commercial organ-chip platforms as well as 3d printing and microfluidics equipment to manufacture and test bespoke chip designs.
These facilities have been funded through a mixture of commercial partnerships, internal funding, research project grants and a large infrastructure grant from the NC3Rs. The facilities are integrated with Cat 2 cell culture, advanced microscopy and molecular biology and biochemistry facilities.
